The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition, and for two-week stays, cleaning is performed at the end of the first week. Linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested.
Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurance are not included in the prices.
All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings.
Periodic infrastructure works can be carried out in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

A deposit of 20000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, breakage, etc. The deposit is refunded at the villa exit as long as there are no problems such as breakage, damage or loss.
